TONE ON TONE DEVELOPERS transforms the permanent coloration Life Color Plus Excelsa, in a bright tone on tone coloring. Scented with green apple.
method of use : dye mix 1 part with 2 parts of Tone on Tone Developer. Leave on for 20-30 minutes. Rinse well.
